In the present world, that is seeing the tense faceoff between the government and public in Egypt and Tunisia, Gandhiji’s guiding principles need to be remembered. He preached non-violent protests, tolerance and peaceful coexistence of people from divergent religions, races and castes.

The Nation pays homage to the martyrs who suffered and died for the freedom, welfare, and progress of the country, on January 30 every year.
It was on January 30, 1948 that Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated a little before the sunset when he was going to attend his evening prayers.
Gandhiji was the greatest among the lakhs and lakhs of martyrs and freedom fighters who sacrificed everything for the country’s Independence, welfare andprogress.
Since Gandhiji’s martyrdom on January 30, 1948 this day was declared as the Martyrs’ Day. Since then every year the Nation pays homage to the Mahatma and other martyrs on this day.

Google: is the leader in the search space and definitely the most loved search engine today. Some other Search engine  as follows

Bing: Bing from Microsoft – many do not want to try or use it for one simple reason! It’s from Microsoft! But if you can lay aside your negative bias for ‘anything Microsoft’ and check it out for a week, you will be surprised at the results it delivers. If you don’t like it, you can always go back to using your earlier one. Bing is now also powering Yahoo Search results.
IxQuick: It was IxQuick which was the first search engine to offer encrypted search back in 2009. It has now also made SSL encryption the default on all searches – although other search engines too followed suit. Ixquick has a sister search engine called Startpage.

Answer
Children Education Allowance Scheme (CEA)
1.
Whether Reimbursement of Children  Education Allowance (CEA) for 3rd child is permissible if CEA has not been claimed for 1stand or 2nd child?  As per OM dated 2.9.2008 CEA is admissible for two school going children does it mean any two school going children?
As per OM No.12011/03/2008- Estt.(AL) dated 11.11.2008, the Children Education Allowance would be admissible for more than two children in case the number of Children exceeds two as a result of the second child birth resulting in twins or multiple birth.  This implies that the CEA will be admissible  only in the cases of two eldest surviving children and CEA for third or subsequent child will only be permissible if there is a case of multiple birth at the time of second childbirth.  Further, reimbursement of CEA for the 3rd child is admissible in case of failure of sterilization operation.

NPS fees to be charged as per the Quantum of Contribution

As far as New Pension Scheme is concerned, the charges to be collected by Point of presence (Centers where NPS subscribers would pay their contribution) for the services rendered by them is until now is Rs.20 per transaction.
Because of this low rate fixed by the Pension regulation authority (PFRDA), the banks which mainly act as point of presence are reluctant in the transactions relating to NPS.  As a result number of New Pension Scheme subscribers from the private sector is very meager now.
In order to make Point of presence to actively participate in the New Pension Scheme Transactions and thereby increase the number of Private NPS subscribers, PFRDA has decided to allow Point of Presence to charge fees based on the quantum of contribution /investments  made the subscribers.  The following Note issued by PFRDA in this regard would give more details.
These changes in the fees will be applicable only for private (Non-Government) sector NPS subscribers.
